All orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchanges

You have a window of 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

We inspect all items before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you find any damage to the product during shipping, you can contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to damaged goods.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@pawswholesale.co.nz. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: Shop 3/33 Lichfield Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds as all sales are final. Exchanges can be made within the specified period under the conditions outlined above.
